Meet Christiana

I'm Christiana. I work at the messy bit between buying AI tools and actually getting value from them.

10+ years in product leadership across FinTech, HealthTech, and enterprise SaaS — Head of Product and Senior Product Manager roles, leading global teams and shipping products. More recently, that work has focused on AI: training teams on Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT, deploying workflow automation, and building custom AI tools.

I've tested 40+ tools and seen what actually drives adoption vs. what gets ignored.

My background is in psychology. Which means I think about behaviour change, not just tools. Buying AI is easy. Getting people to use it is the hard part.

I also built ChatKYC — an AI-powered compliance platform — from the ground up. I know the difference between what demos well and what works in production.

I started CTI Consulting because I see the same pattern everywhere: organisations buy AI tools, run a few pilots, and nothing sticks. CTI Consulting exists to change that — practical implementation, hands-on training, and tools that actually get used.
